Here’s a selection of our frequently asked questions. If these have not answered your question feel free to drop me a line.

I want to do yoga but I don’t know where to start?

I personally love to practice in a group with a teacher leading the class. There are lots of different types of yoga classes you can take. If you like it softer or slower class , try a yin class or beginner’s yoga class. If you like it a bit more challenging, try a vinyasa or power yoga class. In the beginning, don’t worry about doing it right. Just follow along and take rest when you need to. Yoga is about getting out of your head, not constantly worrying about if you’re doing it right. After a while you’ll start to learn the language, etiquette, and culture of yoga. I have online plans for beginners that are the perfect way to establish your own personal practice from the ground up. I will guide you step by step through each posture and movement in order to build confidence and ensure proper form.

What kind of yoga do you practice?

I mainly practice vinyasa, hatha, yin yoga and I like to practice at least on ashtanga class a week but I like to try all different styles of yoga and don’t believe any one style Is better than the other. I like to practice what my body needs when it needs it.

Can anyone practice yoga?

I’m not flexible at all Yoga is a practice and that is the main lesson of yoga. Flexibility doesn’t come over night for the majority of us and a regular yoga practice will make you more flexible in time. Absolutely anyone can practice yoga all’s you need it patience and the ability to accept where you are in your practice each and every day no matter how long you have been practicing for.
